Kristen Redd works for The Nature Conservancy and is Program Manager at the Canyonlands Research Center at the Dugout Ranch. She joined the Bears Ears Partnership Board of Directors in 2025. She deeply resonates with BEP’s mission to “protect and build respect for the cultural, natural landscapes of the greater Bears Ears region.” Living and working at the Dugout Ranch, she has the opportunity to share and learn from many cultures, study and implement restoration techniques, and most importantly, learn from the greatest teacher: the Bears Ears landscape.
